Return Policy

Returns

  • Exchanges / Refunds will be given up to 7 days from when the product was received. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase. 
  • All returns must be unused, unworn and re-sellable condition. Products that are altered or damaged, including scuffs, smudges, scratches and cologne/perfume odor do not qualify and will be sent back to you at your expense. Vice Jewellers does not provide prepaid shipping labels. 
  • The item must be returned with its original packing.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • If you want to exchange within the return window for a different size or style, you can return the item for store credit and place a new order for the size or style that you desire. 
  • There will be a 15% restocking fee for all refunds. There is no restocking fee for items returned for store credit.
  • Once a return is approved, customers have 5 days to send back their purchase. Returns postmarked after 5 days will be refused and sent back at the customers expense.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days after your exchange has been processed for your item(s) to ship (exclusions apply for items on back-order).
  • Vice Jewellers will provide domestic prepaid return labels only in the event that we have made a mistake. Example: If Vice Jewellers were to send you the incorrect piece of jewelry.
  • Custom and solid gold items are not subject to return, due to the fact that each piece is made to order.

Sale items can be returned for exchange / store credit only. We do not offer refunds on any sale items.

All Made-to-Order Item sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, replacements.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Packages shipped within the United States that are sent back to us because they are either refused or unclaimed are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non refundable and will be deducted from the merchandise refund.

International Refused Shipments

Customers are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Vice Jewellers, even if you refuse the shipment. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to info@vicejewellers.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or modified.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Exchanges / Refunds will be given up to 14 days from when the product was received. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase. 

In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions: 

  • The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be unused, unworn and resell-able condition.

  • The item must be returned with its original packing. 

We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs unless the product is faulty / incorrect.

DUTIES & Taxes

We ship to over 220+ countries worldwide! When ordering outside of United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so, a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the total order including original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Normal customs clearance is 1 business day.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

  • Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.

  • Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they abandon or return it to the sender.

Please note that orders subject to any sales promotion will be taxed at the true commercial value rather than the 100% discount of the item(s).

• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico may require additional payment and shipping time.

• Store credit may be issued for items out of stock. Refunds for out of stock items will be issued upon request.

• In the event that your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted by one of our customer service representative.

• Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Vice Jewellers is closed on weekends and all major holidays.

• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when your order is shipped.

• Vice Jewellers reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.

• Regarding packages that are marked delivered by the carrier, either USPS, CanadaPost or DHL, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Vice Jewellers is not liable for lost packages.

• If you encounter any fulfillment issues with your order, you have 14 days from delivery date to contact us to request a resolution

Sizing Guide

CHAIN SIZE GUIDE

Mens chain sizes usually starts at 18". If you have a thicker neck we'd suggest start with 20" for a choker look. 

Keep in mind that thicker chains (such as 19mm) fits tighter on the neck, so make sure to size up to achieve the look you need.

BRACELET SIZE GUIDE 

1. Measure your wrist just below the wrist bone, where one would normally wear a bracelet, with a flexible measuring tape, or a strip of paper. 

2. If you are using a plain strip of paper, then measure that item with a ruler to determine your wrist size. 
3. Add 1/4 inch to 1 inch to your wrist size, depending on whether you would like a snug, comfort, or loose fit.
